He is the Managing Director of Avis Budget Group Business Support Centre in Budapest with responsibility for running the services and for improving the BSC’s capabilities. He drives the journey of becoming a Centre of Excellence by improving processes in scope such as Databases, Receivables, Customer Services, P2P, Financial Accounting. Recent milestone is the implementation of the Quality Excellence initiative that is ISO9001 compliant for all service delivery processes and support functions. The initiative ensures the sustainability of the high quality services and a strong foundation for continuous improvements.

He joined the centre when it was found in 2003 and has been a key leader in growing the BSC to its current size.
 
Prior joining the BSC he served as Sales and Marketing Director at Avis Hungarian Licensee where he gained a wide knowledge of the car rental business.
